Gage Allard has worked in numerous roles across the financial services industry, most recently as an associate at a leading Western Canadian private equity firm, screening investment opportunities, performing preliminary due diligence, engaging with sell side agents, and analyzing and modelling financial statements. Gage assists with valuation, strategy, and structuring matters on private transactions. Gage completed a honours scholarship program at the New York University School of Law and NYU Stern Graduate School of Business from which he matriculated with a JD and an MBA. His honours BA is from the University of Southern California. Gage is a licensed attorney in the state of New York.
